Where perfection is a picture
Hand-painted canvas art that makes life more beautiful — based on your taste.
The Artist
Andi Sommer of Sommer Decor is a Long Island-based artist. Working canvas by canvas, color by color, she creates finished, ready-to-hang paintings — from her own original designs, or built from a printed picture you love.
Each piece is painted entirely by hand with patience and precision, then signed and finished for display. Her work has found its way into homes, boutiques, offices and healthcare spaces across Long Island — almost entirely by word of mouth.
Every painting begins with a picture worth keeping — and ends as something that brings beauty to your life.
The Collection
A selection of recent pieces. Each is one of a kind, painted and signed by Andi. Click any painting for a closer look.
Additional artwork is available for sale — and every piece shown here can inspire a custom commission of your own.
Custom Pieces
Sommer Decor pieces come two ways: original designs by Andi, or a painting created from an image you choose — a place, a memory, a style that fits your space.
Bring an image you love, or pick a direction and let Andi design the piece — florals, seascapes, pop art, celestial, and more.
The image becomes a hand-painted canvas, built color by color with careful detail until it matches the picture — perfectly.
Your finished painting arrives signed and display-ready — a one-of-a-kind piece made for your wall and your taste.
